We’re proud to offer complimentary sharpening and maintenance services for all authentic MISAKI shears. At MISAKI, we stand behind the quality of our tools and are committed to helping you maintain their peak performance.

✅ What's Included:

• Free sharpening and maintenance for all genuine MISAKI shears.
• We do not service any shears from other brands.
• You only pay $25, which covers round-trip shipping to and from our service center.

📦 How It Works:

1. Fill Out the Form Below
   • Complete all required fields.
   • Upload a clear photo of all the MISAKI shears you are sending in (limit: 6 shears per request).
2. Make Your Payment
   • Once your $25 payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
   • Your Service Request Form
   • A prepaid shipping label
3. Prepare Your Shears for Shipping
   • Print the Service Request Form and Shipping Label.
   • Include the completed form inside your package.
   • We recommend using a USPS Small Flat Rate Priority Mail Box (available free at most USPS locations).
   • Wrap each shear individually in bubble wrap to prevent damage during transit.
   • Seal your package securely and affix the shipping label.
4. Drop Off at Your Local Post Office
   • Simply hand over the package at your nearest USPS location.

🕒 Service Time

Once your shears are received, our expert technicians will complete your service within 1–3 business days. We’ll notify you as soon as your shears are on their way back to you.
